Shipping Information:
Orders of in-stock items are shipped within 4-7 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Due to our extensive selection of styles, sizes, and colors, some items may periodically be backordered which can take up to 4-6 weeks. We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) if any portion of your order is backordered. Below is information about shipping methods and transit times.

We offer USPS ground to U.S residents only.

Express Shipping (U.S residents only)
For faster delivery, we offer 2 Business Day and Next Business Day delivery in the United States only via UPS. Express shipping does not deliver to PO, APO/FPO boxes. **Next day shipping does not mean you will receive your item the next day after order was placed.

Canadian Shipping
We will ship your order via UPS Canadian. Standard delivery times are 5-8 business days.

Outside the U.S. and Canada:
We offer two types of international shipping. UPS International Expedited which takes 5-7 business days depending on the destination country. We also offer UPS International Express which takes 1-3 business days depending on the destination country. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please Note: Your billing and shipping information must be the same for international shipments.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We sincerely hope that you’ll be 100% pleased with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange something. You may return unworn, unlaundered items within 15 days of delivery. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact. Due to health code regulations, underwear, and hosiery must be unopened and unworn. We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days and notify you once we have done so. If you requested a refund, we will process it on the original credit/debt card used for the purchase.
All sale or clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.
Return / Exchange Shipping Fees
You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error. How To Return Your Purchase Please follow these steps to successfully return your purchase:
• Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which each item is wrapped.
• If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit sent back to us.
• To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary. Many carries offer low cost ground shipping and allow you to trace your delivery.
Return Fees (if applicable):
Returns may be subject to a fee. The following are the situations under which these fees may apply:
• Orders returned after 15 days are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if return is accepted.
• Please note that ChicUnderThings may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return guidelines. Please email returns@chicunderthings.com or call 480.334.9588 to notify us of any return. All returned merchandise must include your RMA number and a copy of your sales receipt and a reason for the return.
Once returned item has been received we will credit you in full.
